What are the various learning delivery formats offered within the Infor U Campus?

Infor U Campus offers a diverse set of learning modalities to cater to varying learner styles and preferences, enhancing accessibility. These options include eLearning, self-directed learning (SDL), and instructor-led training (ILT).

E-learning:

E-learning is a digital learning delivery method that offers recorded classes and content, allowing you to access and engage with educational materials online. It can be accessed from anywhere, at any time. It is a flexible and accessible learning approach without the need for direct instructor involvement.

Self-Directed Learning (SDL):

SDL is a form of e-learning that offers flexibility to you to learn at your own pace and schedule. These courses include various components such as a workbook, end-user simulations, a live training environment, social collaboration, and access to instructor support.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT):

ILT primarily comprises training sessions conducted in either a physical or virtual classroom facilitating real-time learner participation and offering guidance, explanations, and interactive learning experiences by the instructor.

  • In-person sessions involve a traditional classroom setup, either at your office or at one of our Infor facilities.
  • Virtual sessions are delivered using our virtual technology, allowing you to log in from anywhere anytime via your laptop.

Supporting resources are provided to facilitate your smooth learning experience, including recorded presentations, job aids, and training guides tailored to the specific type of training you are engaged in.

  • Campus Plus Membership – It is a 12-month membership that offers unlimited access to on-demand learning content.
  • Infor U Education Credits – This method provides a flexible way to set aside funds that allows you to decide how and when to attend the classes. You can prepay and later decide how/when to take training.
  • Online Purchase – It is a quick and convenient way where you can buy a’la carte training for specific learning needs at the Infor website.

What is the impact of the newly launched learning platform on Campus Plus membership?

There is no change to the Campus Plus membership. The value of the membership will remain the same for existing and new customers. They can now access the membership benefits via the Infor U's learning platform.

How can I update my profile with the correct time zone and country?

On Infor U Campus home page select View Profile from the drop-down menu and you can update your profile. Your time zone is automatically associated with the city, state, country in your profile. For step-by-step instructions refer to the following Editing Time Zone and Country guide.

Infor U Campus is supported in the following browsers:

What other system requirements are needed to access Infor U Campus?

Ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled for this website and that the site is added to your firewalls in trusted sites. Make sure your Java is updated to the latest version. Some virtual classes are delivered in Zoom. View Zoom System Requirements for more information.

If class times appear to be incorrect, make sure you have the correct time zone set up in your profile. Refer to the following Editing Time Zone and Country guide.

I’m unable to launch course activities that are WebEx Recordings.

Check to see that the WebEx Player for WRF format has been successfully installed on your machine by going to Features and Programs in your Control Panel. If you do not see it, go to https://www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html and follow the instructions to install the application on your computer.

How can I enroll into a self-paced course (formats: Self-directed learning, eLearning, Exam Guide, Training Guide)?

After logging into Infor U Campus, search for a course in Course Catalog. Click on Course tile to access course page. If there’s price associated with the course, purchase it by following the purchase instructions. If the course is free for you, you can start your learning right away. You can access the course content by clicking on the course content tile. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Enrolling to a Course guide .

How can I enroll into an Instructor-Led Class?

After logging into Infor U Campus, search for an instructor-led course in Course Catalog. You can also check Public Training Schedule to see a schedule of all currently available instructor-led live classes. Access a course page (from the Course Catalog or from Public Training Schedule). If there’s price associated with the course, purchase it by following the purchase instructions. After successfully purchasing the course, please select your class (event) from the list available on the course page. This is how you will finalize your registration to a specific event and ensure booking your seat for this event. How can I verify that I'm enrolled in a training course?

Log into Infor U Campus and from the home page navigate to My Learning Progress to access your learning dashboard. On the dashboard page, in My Courses section you will find courses that you’ve enrolled to or that have been assigned to you. In Events and Classes section you will see list of all instructor-led classes that you enrolled to.

I’m not receiving email notifications regarding my registrations.

It is likely that the email address in your user profile is incorrect or missing. To verify and edit your email address:

  • Log on to Infor U Campus.
  • From the Home Page click the click the 3 ellipses at the top right of the screen and select View Profile.
  • Click About Me
  • Click Edit Profile
  • Click Account
  • Verify that your email address is correct. If not, update your email address, and click Save Changes.

Additionally, please verify e-mail notifications do not go to your SPAM or Graymail folder . If this is the case, please complete the following steps:

  • Add the email address Infor U Campus Notifications <noreply@tovutimail.com> to your contacts or address book.
  • If the Infor U Campus notification is in your SPAM folder, select the message, and click: “not Spam ”, “not Junk ”or a similarly labeled button. Your email client will remember this preference.

How do I launch my course?

You can launch any course that you enrolled to by going to the My Learning Progress tab in Infor U Campus. In the Course Progress section locate the course you would like to launch and click the arrow to open course page and begin your learning.

Can I retake my course if it is marked complete?

Once you enroll to an eLearning, you can always access its content, even after completing the course. To do so, please navigate to your course from Infor U Campus under Course Progress on your My Learning Progress tab. If you no longer see the course listed, click Show Completed Courses. Please follow steps described in Relaunching a Course guide to retake an eLearning course which was already marked as completed.

After completing a Self-directed learning course, you will still be able to access a course training guide and recorded sessions for 1 year after the registration date. Access to the training environment is valid for the earlier of the full duration of the course or up to 30 days after registration for the training environment. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

After attending an ILT event, you will still be able to access training guide for the course.

What is the cancelation policy?

If Infor U Campus cancels an instructor-led classroom course 10 business days (4 business days for virtual) prior to the start date, the registration fee can be refunded or applied toward another Infor U Campus class in the future.

Infor U Campus team will assist in rescheduling you for another class.

You will receive a notification email from Infor U Campus (InforU.Support@infor.com ) or InforU.Delivery@infor.com .

If you cancel your registration at least 11 business days (5 business days for virtual) prior to the start date, the registration fee will be refunded.

If you cancel your registration 10 or fewer business days (4 business days for virtual) before the start date, you will be charged and be obligated to pay 100% of the registration fee.

Customer’s request to cancel or reschedule any private class must be received in writing and confirmed by Infor at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled date of the applicable learning course in order to cancel or reschedule at no additional cost. Any written cancellation received less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the training course will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

How can I cancel my registration?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your enrollment, please contact inforU.support@infor.com. To view the class cancellation terms and conditions, please read our Terms & Conditions.

Once the class cancellation will be completed, you'll receive confirmation via email from InforU.Support@infor.com. The cancelled course/class will be no longer displayed in your list of courses/events.

Instructor led training (ILT)

When should I book travel for an onsite class?

Registration for instructor-led classes does not guarantee that the class will run as scheduled. Events may be cancelled if the minimum number of registrations is not reached prior to the confirmation date.The class will be confirmed to run approximately 10 business days before an in-person event start date. When the class is confirmed to run, you will receive a confirmation email with complete class details and next steps.

Please do not book any non-refundable travel until you have received the confirmation email from  Infor U Campus.

Where can I find location of the class?

When the Instructor-Led training class is confirmed to be delivered you will receive a confirmation email with event details, including location.

How can I access student materials?

If there are student materials available for your class, they will be listed along with the course event which is accessible via your My Learning Progress tab. Click on Student Materials to launch documentation associated with the course.

Can I re-take an e-learning course?

Of course! You can re-take an e-learning course by going to the My Learning Progress tab in Infor U Campus. In the Course Progress section locate the course you would like to relaunch and click the arrow. Click anywhere in the course field to relaunch the course. For more information on this check out the guide for Relaunching a Course .

Where to find curriculum and learning paths in Infor U Campus?

A curriculum or a learning path can be found on the home page. Click the Learning Paths button on the left-hand navigation panel. For detailed instructions check out the Finding Product Training and Learning Paths guide .

Who can be a Team Lead (Admin) and what kind of tasks can be performed in Infor U Campus?

Each organization can have multiple Team Leads. Team Lead capability includes assigning/recommending courses, monitoring team activity and generating specific reports. Here’s the full guide to all the capabilities of a Team Lead Role.

Please send a copy of the purchase order (PO) to InforU.Support@infor.com . We will complete the setup in Infor U Campus. Once the setup is complete, the registration for the class may occur.

“Education Credits ” are prepaid training units. After purchasing the Education Credits, the Infor U Campus team will complete the setup in Infor U Campus. Once the setup is completed the registration to the class may occur.

I am trying to pay with a purchase order, but receive this message: “Invalid Purchase Order Number, please try again”.

The balance of the Purchase Order (PO) must be entered into Infor U Campus prior to registration. Please submit a copy of the PO to InforU.Support@infor.com.

Can I make a credit card payment if I am a non-US Customer?

No, Credit card payment is not available for non-US customers.

Can I make an invoice payment in the US?

No, there is no invoice payment option for US (North America) customers.

When do you send the invoice?

For ILT (instructor led courses), we send the invoice once the class is completed/delivered.

For self-paced courses (including lab), an invoice is sent within the month of purchase.

Can you register me for a class?

No, we cannot, because Infor U Campus is a self-register platform and there are terms and conditions that you must accept upon the purchase.

Can I enroll/pay for my colleague?

Purchasing and enrolling to the courses can be done only individually. However, Team Leads (Admins) can assign courses to their team members. If you would like to request a specific course for your colleague, please reach out to your Team Lead (Admin) who can assist with the assignment process.

How will I know that my payment has gone through (all payment types)?

You will receive an email confirmation that you have successfully registered for a course/class.

Can I still pay/register for education credits that expired?

No, you may not. Once Education credits expire, they can no longer be used for payment.

How do I prepare for an Infor certification exam?

Each exam has a corresponding exam guide that includes exam details, related training and documentation, and exam topics and objectives. Our Infor Certification Program Guide gives you directions on how to view the list of available certification exams and how to access the associated exam guides.

What is a beta exam?

As part of the new exam development process, we must gather data on the exam to determine how well it is performing. We accomplish this by first releasing a beta version of the exam. The process of attempting a beta exam is different from live, production exams. See our support page comparing beta and production exams for more information.

What is the exam question format?

There are three types of question formats on a certification exam:

  • Multiple choice
  • Multiple select
  • Matching

How much time is allotted for completing an exam and can I request additional time?

Allotted time varies depending on the exam type, level, and the number of questions on the exam. In general, the following apply:

  • Associate beta exams: ~60 minutes
  • Associate production exams: ~50 minutes
  • Professional/expert beta exams: ~120 minutes
  • Professional/expert production exams: ~90 minutes

Additional time accommodations are allowed for disability or if English is not your first language. Send a request for an extended-time exam to InforU.Certification@infor.com at least five days prior to your exam date/time.

Are certification exams available in languages other than English?

Yes, some exams are available in Japanese. During the registration process, you can select the Japanese version of an exam where available.

What can I expect after passing my exam?

You will receive an email from Kryterion with your test results after completing a production exam. Within 24 hours of passing your exam, you will receive an email notification from Credly to accept your digital badge.

If you would like to view your Topic-level results, refer to the Kryterion test result email or use Webassessor to view your exam history, transcripts, and results.

What happens if I do not pass my exam attempt?

Our Infor Certification Program Guide has information about reattempting failed exams, the exam scoring policy, and your test results email. For complete information and explanations of policy, view the Program Guide by clicking here.

  • Production exams may be attempted up to four (4) times.
  • You must complete the mandatory waiting period between exam attempts.
  • Infor does not disclose exam answers, passing score thresholds, or the questions you missed on an exam.
  • Feedback is provided at the topic level.

You can register for an exam on Infor’s exam portal on Webassessor.

How do I test my system requirements for an online exam?

Test your system requirements by following the steps on our support page at least 5 days prior to your exam. This will ensure that your device is capable and ready to take your exam.

Is a Certification Candidate Agreement mandatory for every exam in Webassessor?

Yes. You will be presented and must agree to, the Certification Candidate Agreement for every exam in Webassessor. For your reference, a copy of the Infor Certification Program Candidate Agreement can be found here.

How do I reschedule or cancel an exam?

Yes. After you have registered for an exam, it will be available to you until the scheduled date and time.

How are certification exams delivered?

Infor Certification Exams are proctored and delivered through Kryterion’s testing platform, Webassessor. Exams are delivered either online or at local, onsite testing centers. Unfortunately, not all areas may have available onsite testing centers at this time.

What is the cost to take a certification exam?

The cost of Infor Certification Program exams are as follows:

  • Beta exams: $100 USD (one attempt only)
  • Associate exams: $250 USD per attempt
  • Professional exams: $275 USD per attempt
  • Expert exams: $275 USD per attempt
  • Infor Employees: No charge, see below

Credit cards or vouchers/coupons (which must also be purchased with a credit card) are the only forms of payment accepted.

Where are onsite exam locations and what are their requirements?

How soon does a scheduled exam open before the scheduled exam start time?

Exams open 15 minutes before the scheduled exam start time.

Can I have the product application, notes, or product guides open during the exam (ex: to look at a menu tree)?

No. Certification exams are closed book, so you may not use any materials during the exam. For both onsite and online exams, the exam proctor will warn you and/or may stop your exam if you appear to be looking at materials other than the exam.

Additionally, the Webassessor Respondus software that you must install prior to taking an exam will prevent you from running any other applications while taking the exam.

How do I view my exam history?

You can view your exam history by following three steps:

  • Log into your Webassessor Account.
  • Click Transcript to view your exam history and results.
  • Click the Result link for a specific exam to view the Topic level scoring.

Where can I find my badges?

You can find your badge on Infor ’s credentialing platform, Credly .

How do I get started with Credly?

There are two steps to getting started with Credly:

  1. Complete an Infor certification or credential and receive a badge.
  2. Create an account and claim your badge.

How do I know if I have been issued a badge from Infor?

You will receive an email from Credly when you have been issued a badge from Infor. Follow the instructions here to claim your badge.

To ensure that you receive the badge notifications and other important communications from the Infor Certification team, we advise adding admin@youracclaim.com, admin@credly.com, and InforU.Certification@infor.com

If you still cannot find the badge notification, send an email to InforU.Certification@infor.com.

Can I automatically accept badges?

Recovering a forgotten Credly password or changing an existing password is a quick process. Follow these steps to reset or change your password in Credly.

If you have tried the steps above and are not receiving a password email from Credly, there can be a couple of reasons why this may be happening.

  • The password reset email from admin@youracclaim.com / admin@credly.com could be pushed to a spam/junk folder or blocked by a network security system.
  • You may be trying to generate a password reset email for an email address not registered as your primary or confirmed secondary email address.

If you are using your primary email address and the password reset email is not found in a junk/spam folder, use this link to submit a request to Credly support.

Note: If you no longer have access to the inbox for the email address your account is registered with, you will be asked to validate the email address.
