What is Infor Campus?

Infor Campus is Infor ’s cloud-based learning platform that includes a wealth of learning assets in a variety of formats to fit individual learning styles and preferences of our Customers, Partners and Employees.Within Infor Campus you will find e-learning and self-directed courses, as well as instructor-led classes (virtual and face-to-face), webinars, course workbooks, exam guides and other materials. This allows you to learn when and how you want to, thanks to having immediate access to a large library of materials from short webinars to full length courses.

Saba Cloud is supported in the following browsers

What other system requirements are needed to access Infor Campus?

Ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled for this website and that the site is added to your firewalls in trusted sites. You may need to add WebEx to your browser if you do not have it already. Make sure your WebEx players and Java are updated to the latest version.

If class times appear to be incorrect, make sure you have the correct Time Zone listed selected under your Profile. Go to ME >Profile >Business Contact >Edit >Time Zone - adjust according to your location >Save.

I’m unable to launch course activities that are WebEx Recordings.

Check to see that the WebEx Player for WRF format has been successfully installed on your machine by going to Features and Programs in your Control Panel. If you do not see it, go to https://www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html and follow the instructions to install the application on your computer.

How can I enroll in a class?

By logging into Infor Campus, searching for the appropriate class and clicking on the register button. For step-by-step instructions refer to the following guide .

How can I verify that I'm enrolled in a training course?

Log into Infor Campus and navigate to the learner dashboard, from the home page, click the primary navigation icon located in the top left hand of the screen, then click on ME, your plan will open with a list of all your current enrollments.

I’m not receiving email notifications regarding my registrations.

It is likely that the email address in your user profile is incorrect or missing. To verify and edit your email address:

  • Log on to Infor Campus.
  • From the Home Page click the ME tab on the blue horizontal navigation bar near top of screen.
  • Click Profile on the vertical navigation list.
  • Scroll to Business Contact section. Verify that your email address is correct. If not, click Edit , update your email address, and click Save .

Additionally, please verify e-mail notifications do not go to your SPAM or Graymail folder . If this is the case, please complete the 2 steps:

  • Add the email address education@MAIL.campus.infor.com to your contacts or address book.
  • If the Infor Campus notification is in your SPAM folder, select the message, and click: “not Spam ”, “not Junk ”or a similarly labeled button. Your email client will remember this preference.

Can I relaunch my class if it is marked complete?

Of course. Please follow steps described in this guide to relaunch a class which was already marked as completed.

What is the cancelation policy?

Cancellation Policy for Instructor-led training courses:

Infor Education

If Infor Education cancels an instructor-led classroom course 10 business days (4 business days for virtual) prior to the start date, the registration fee can be refunded or applied toward another Infor Education class in the future.

Infor Education team will assist in rescheduling you for another class.

You will receive a notification email from Infor Campus (inforcampus@infor.com ) or education@campus.infor.com .

If you cancel your registration at least 11 business days (5 business days for virtual) prior to the start date, the registration fee will be refunded.

If you cancel your registration 10 or fewer business days (4 business days for virtual) before the start date, you will be charged and be obligated to pay 100% of the registration fee.

Who cancels? Guidance Procedure

Customer’s request to cancel or reschedule any private class must be received in writing and confirmed by Infor at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled date of the applicable learning course in order to cancel or reschedule at no additional cost. Any written cancellation received less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the training course will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

How can I cancel my registration?

Log in to Infor Campus and on the ME tab select the course that you wish to cancel your registration for and on the course page, select DROP button to cancel your registration.  For detailed step-by-step instructions please refer to the following guide .

Training Delivery Types

What is the difference between the various delivery types?

In Infor Campus you can find the following learning delivery formats:

Instructor-led training

  • In person in a traditional classroom, in your office, or at one of our Infor facilities.
  • Virtual via your laptop using our virtual technology –you can login from anywhere anytime.

Self-directed learning

Our Self-Directed Learning is a flexible learning option where, instead of attending a live training class, you can learn at your own pace, on your schedule and from the comfort of your very own office desk or home. Self-directed Learning courses includes a workbook, live training environment, social collaboration, and access to an instructor.

eLearning

Infor Campus provides 24/7 online access to a full repository or topic-specific course content for self-study, complete with moderated forums and optional hands-on practice systems. Search Infor Campus for our eLearning courses, pick a course and complete it at your own pace without an instructor.

Instructor led training (ILT)

When should I book travel for an onsite class?

Registration for instructor-led classes does not guarantee that the class will run as scheduled. Events may be cancelled if the minimum number of registrations is not reached prior to the confirmation date. Your registration will remain in ‘Pending Approval ’status until approximately 10 business days before the start date. If the class is confirmed to run, your status will be updated to ‘Registered ’, and you will receive a confirmation email with event details.

Please do not book any non-refundable travel until you have received the confirmation email from  Infor Campus.

Where can I find location of the class?

When the Instructor-Led training class is confirmed to be delivered, your registration status in Infor Campus will be updated to “Registered ”and you will receive a confirmation email with event details, including location.

How can I access student materials?

If there are student materials available for your class, click LAUNCH at the bottom of the list of Activities to gain access (please see above).

eLearning

Can I re-take an e-learning course?

Of course! You can re-launch any course by going to the ME tab in Infor Campus. Once you select the completed course you will see the option to re-launch. For more information on this check out how to re-take an e-learning course here .

Where to find curriculam and learning paths in Infor Campus?

A curriculum or a learning path can be found in your product workspace. To access it follow steps described here .

Support for administrators

Who can be an administrator and what kind of tasks can the administrator perform in Infor Campus?

Each organization can assign one person as their Learning Contact / User Manager (Administrator) in Campus. This person can view users, assign training, and run training activity reports.

Please let us know if someone would like to be assigned as the Learning Contact for your organization (contact inforcampus@infor.com ). This person can be updated at any time in the future, we just need to be notified.

What are the accepted payment methods?

For US customers, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Purchase order
  • Subscription order or education credits

Please send a copy of the purchase order (PO) to Infor Campus . We will complete the setup in Infor Campus. Once the setup is complete, the registration for the class may occur.

“Education Credits ”are prepaid training units. After purchasing the Education Credits, the Infor Campus team will complete the setup in Infor Campus. Once the setup is completed the registration to the class may occur.

I am trying to pay with a purchase order, but receive this message: “Sorry, there is no purchase order with that number for your account.”

The balance of the Purchase Order (PO) must be entered into Infor Campus prior to registration. Please submit a copy of the PO to InforCampus@infor.com.

I tried several times to enter my credit card payment, but it won’t go through, and I know I have enough funds. Can you help me process the payment?

When using the credit card option for payment, please ensure you are using the selections from the drop-down menus for the billing address, then select UPDATE.

Can I make a credit card payment if I am a non-US Customer?

No, Credit card payment is not available for non-US customers.

Can I make an invoice payment in the US?

No, there is no invoice payment option for US (North America) customers.

When do you send the invoice?

For ILT (instructor led courses), we send the invoice once the class is completed/delivered.

For self-paced courses (including lab), aninvoice is sent within the month of purchase.

Can you register me for a class?

No, we cannot, because Infor Campus is a self-register platform and there are terms and conditions that you must accept upon the purchase.

Can I enroll/pay for my colleague?

Only a learning contact can assign courses and pay for other users.

How will I know that my payment has gone through? (all payment types)

You will receive an email confirmation that you have successfully registered for a course/class.

Can I still pay/register for education credits that expired?

No, you may not. Once Education credits expire, they can no longer be used for payment.

What is a beta exam?

As part of a new exam development process, data must be gathered to determine how well the exam is performing. We accomplish this by first releasing a beta version of the exam. The process of attempting a beta exam is slightly different from live production exams and is explained here .

How long are beta exams available?

Generally, Beta exams are available for 6 weeks. This time may be extended if additional beta participants are needed.

Do beta exams count for certification?

Yes, if you pass the beta exam, you will be certified and will receive your certification badge in Credly.

How much time is allotted for completing an exam?

Allotted time varies depending on the exam type, level, and the number of questions on the exam.

General time allowance:

  • Associate Exams
    • Beta –60 minutes
    • Production –50 minutes
  • Professional Exams
    • Beta –120 minutes
    • Production –90 minutes

Can I request more time to take an exam?

Yes. Additional time accommodations are allowed for disability or if English is not your first language. Send a request for an extended time exam to certification@infor.com at least 5 days prior to your exam date/time.

What can I expect after completing my exam?

  • You will receive an email from Kryterion with your test results after completing a production exam.
  • For Beta exams, you will receive an email from Kryterion with your test results after the beta exam period ends, approximately 6-8 weeks after you complete your beta exam.
  • Within 24 hours after passing your exam, you will receive an email notification from Credly to accept your digital badge.

I passed a certification exam but did not receive a badge notification from Credly.

Check your Spam or Graymail email folders. To ensure you are receiving the badge notifications and other important communications from the Infor Certification team, we advise adding admin@youracclaim.com / admin@credly.com and certification@infor.com to your address book, contacts, or safe sender list.

What is the passing score for my exam?

Infor does not share passing score thresholds for our certification exams. Exam passing scores are determined through an industry-standard best practice of quantitative data analysis based on the exam’s ongoing performance. As such, scores for each exam are set independently, subject to change without notice, and may vary from exam to exam.

How do I prepare for an Infor certification exam?

Review the information in the corresponding Exam Guide. The Exam Guide includes specific details, such as the topics covered, the number of questions on the exam, time allowed for the exam, and the relevant training or documentation.

Is training required for certification?

Training is not required to be certified although, it is strongly recommended. If you wish to register for instructor-led, virtual-instructor-led, e-learning, or self-directed courses please visit: www.infor.com/education .

No. This policy exists to protect our exam content and is applied globally to all audiences.

How do I find out what I missed on my exam?

Infor does not disclose exam answers, or the questions missed on an exam. Infor strives to maintain the highest standards to protect the integrity of the certifications you earn. Feedback is only provided at the topic level to help you prepare to retake the exam, not at the question level.

Can I request to reschedule/cancel exam registration?

  • Up until 2 days before scheduled time : Registered participants can cancel or reschedule themselves up until 2 days before the scheduled start date.
  • From 2 days before until the actual scheduled time: Infor can cancel the registration. The participant can then re-register.
  • After the scheduled time has passed: Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from our end after the scheduled exam time has passed. You will need to reschedule a new date/time.

What is the cost to take a certification exam?

The cost of Infor Certification Program exams:

  • Beta exams $125 USD (only one attempt allowed)
  • Production exams $250 USD per attempt
  • Infor Employees No charge

If you have received either a voucher or coupon code for the exam, please do not to lose or share it. Replacements will not be provided for one-time use codes once they have been used to register for an exam.

Can I have the product application open during the exam (ex: to look at a menu tree)?

No, this is not permitted. The Secure Sentinel software that is installed by Webassessor prior to taking an exam will prevent you from running any other applications while taking the exam.

Can I use notes or product guides while taking an exam?

No, Certification exams are closed book. You may not use any materials during the exam. The exam proctor will warn you or may stop your exam if you appear to be looking at materials other than the exam.

How do I view my exam history?

  • Log into your Webassessor Account.
  • Click Transcript to view your exam history and results.
  • Click the Result link for a specific exam to view the Topic level scoring.

How do I know if I’ve been issued a badge from Infor?

You will receive an email from Credly admin@youracclaim.com / admin@credly.com . Follow the instructions here to claim your badge.

How can I be sure I receive my badge notification email from Credly?

To ensure you are receiving the badge notifications and other important communications from the Infor Certification team, we advise adding admin@youracclaim.com / admin@credly.com and certification@infor.com to your address book, contacts, or safe sender list.

Not receiving a password reset email from Credly?

There can be a couple of reasons why you are not receiving a password reset email from Credly.  

  • The password reset email from admin@youracclaim.com / admin@credly.com could be pushed to a spam/junk folder or blocked by a network firewall.
  • You may be attempting to generate a password reset email for an email address that is not registered as your primary or confirmed secondary email address. 

If you are using your primary email address and the password reset email is not found in a junk/spam folder, please use this link to submit a request to Credly support.  

Please note: If you no longer have access to the inbox for the email address your account is registered with, you will be asked to validate the email address.

Can I automatically accept badges?

You can determine if you would like to accept badges that you receive from specific organizations automatically. When accepting your first badge, you will have the option to enable the Auto-Accept feature so that any future badges issued to you by Infor will automatically be displayed on your profile without you needing to accept the badge each time.

Credly was designed to allow you to manage and share your professional achievements easily and efficiently. Using Credly 's sharing options, learners can share their badges directly to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook from their Credly account.
