Infor U Campus offers a diverse set of learning modalities to cater to varying learner styles and preferences, enhancing accessibility. These options include eLearning, self-directed learning (SDL), and instructor-led training (ILT).
E-learning:
E-learning is a digital learning delivery method that offers recorded classes and content, allowing you to access and engage with educational materials online. It can be accessed from anywhere, at any time. It is a flexible and accessible learning approach without the need for direct instructor involvement.
Self-Directed Learning (SDL):
SDL is a form of e-learning that offers flexibility to you to learn at your own pace and schedule. These courses include various components such as a workbook, end-user simulations, a live training environment, social collaboration, and access to instructor support.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT):
ILT primarily comprises training sessions conducted in either a physical or virtual classroom facilitating real-time learner participation and offering guidance, explanations, and interactive learning experiences by the instructor.
- In-person sessions involve a traditional classroom setup, either at your office or at one of our Infor facilities.
- Virtual sessions are delivered using our virtual technology, allowing you to log in from anywhere anytime via your laptop.
Supporting resources are provided to facilitate your smooth learning experience, including recorded presentations, job aids, and training guides tailored to the specific type of training you are engaged in.
