Customer Success Series

The Customer Success Series is a collection of eLearning courses and webinars created to ensure a successful Infor journey. The courses are divided into three stages of the customer journey: Getting Started, Mid-Implementation, and Post Live. First, in the Getting Started stage, the courses cover the Infor Cloud, Cloud Administration, Infor Concierge, and Infor Support. Second, in the Mid-Implementation stage, the courses explain the Multi-Tenant Cloud, Case Management, the CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, and Go-live Readiness. Settling into the Cloud Webinar

This live webinar helps familiarize you with standard recommended tasks and timelines post go-live for your Infor product. The instructor will review the day-to-day activities you can perform with the Infor Cloud. The presentation is approximately 45 minutes with an opportunity for questions and answers.
