Customer Success Series

The Customer Success Series is a collection of eLearning courses and webinars created to ensure a successful Infor journey. The courses are divided into three stages of the customer journey: Getting Started, Mid-Implementation, and Post Live. First, in the Getting Started stage, the courses cover the Infor Cloud, Cloud Administration, Infor Concierge, and Infor Support. Second, in the Mid-Implementation stage, the courses explain the Multi-Tenant Cloud, Case Management, the CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, and Go-live Readiness. Finally, the Post Live stage covers Settling into the Cloud, Infor Communities, and the Product Enhancement Request System.

Settling into the Cloud Webinar

This live webinar helps familiarize you with standard recommended tasks and timelines post go-live for your Infor product. The instructor will review the day-to-day activities you can perform with the Infor Cloud. The presentation is approximately 45 minutes with an opportunity for questions and answers. The live sessions are delivered through Zoom in Infor U.
