The Customer Success Series is a collection of eLearning courses and webinars created to ensure a successful Infor journey. The courses are divided into three stages of the customer journey: Getting Started, Mid-implementation, and Post Live. First, in the Getting Started stage, the courses cover the Infor Cloud, Cloud Administration, Infor Concierge, and Infor Support. Second, in the Mid-Implementation stage, the courses explain the Multi-Tenant Cloud, Incident Management, the Self-Service Portal, and Go-live Readiness. Finally, the Post Live stage covers Infor Communities and the Product Enhancement Request System.
